Product Introduction
The toothed roll crusher is a new product designed and developed independently with reference to the structural principles of the American Gundlach crusher.
A toothed roll crusher consists of a transmission device, a frame, crushing rolls, a mechanical spring device, and a linkage mechanism. Toothed roll crushers are divided into two main series: double-toothed roll crushers and four-toothed roll crushers.
Product Uses
Toothed roll crushers are mainly suitable for industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and building materials, and are even more suitable for crushing raw coal (including gangue) in large coal mines or coal preparation plants.

Working principle
Toothed roller crushers mainly use special wear-resistant toothed rollers to split and crush materials at high speed, forming a mechanism with high productivity.
Selection Guide
Key parameter matching
Material characteristics : For high-hardness materials (such as granite), toothed rollers are selected; for low-hardness or fine crushing requirements, smooth rollers are selected.
Processing capacity : Select the roller diameter and width according to the production capacity (for example, 2PG800×600 has a processing capacity of 12-45t/h, and 2PG1500×800 has a processing capacity of 50-120t/h).
Power configuration : Match the motor power (e.g., 2PG1000×700 requires 2×30kW), and for high-production scenarios, a fully automatic model is recommended.
Usage and Maintenance Recommendations
Uniform feeding : Equipped with a vibrating feeder to avoid uneven wear of the roller surface caused by uneven loading.
Regular maintenance : Check toothed roller wear, bearing lubrication, and hydraulic system pressure, and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
