The vertical square row mill achieves efficient grinding of materials through a planetary motion mechanism:
Planetary motion: The main turntable drives the four ball mill tanks to rotate around the central axis, and at the same time, each tank rotates in reverse around its own axis, forming a compound motion trajectory.
Grinding mechanism: The grinding ball in the tank produces collision, shear and friction in high-speed motion, crushing and mixing the material, suitable for dry/wet process and vacuum environment.
Particle size control: By adjusting the rotation speed, grinding time, and grinding ball ratio, the material can be crushed to the nanometer level (0.1 microns).
