Working principle
Mechanical ultrafine pulverizing equipment is a new type of vibrating pulverizer. Based on the different characteristics of materials, it employs multiple advanced technologies and utilizes high-speed impact and shearing forces to subject the material to high-acceleration impact, abrasion, compression, and cutting within the grinding drum, achieving ideal pulverization results in a very short time. During the pulverization process, the material becomes fluidized, ensuring that each particle experiences the same force, achieving precise mixing (dispersion) simultaneously with pulverization. By adjusting parameters such as acceleration, it can be used for operations aimed at pulverization and grinding or precise mixing (blending).
This equipment employs the working principle of vibration pulverization. A certain amount of grinding media, such as balls, rods, or cylinders of hard material, is filled into the grinding cylinder (pulverizing chamber). Under the action of an external excitation force, the grinding cylinder generates clockwise and counterclockwise circular vibrations. The strong vibration of the grinding cylinder causes the media inside the cylinder to produce a throwing motion. Under the action of this throwing motion, each media generates a rotational motion in the same direction as the circular vibration. At the same time, the media group also generates a low-frequency revolution motion in the opposite direction of the circular vibration, which is 3-5 revolutions. As a result, the media sometimes disperse and sometimes collide with each other, generating a positive impact force and a lateral shear force on the material. Under the impact, compression, and shearing action of these two forces, the material is ground and pulverized.
