Working principle

The three-dimensional mixer uses universal joints on the drive and driven shafts to support the mixing drum in three-dimensional motion along the X, Y, and Z axes, as well as its revolution. The material in the mixing drum undergoes continuous diffusion, flow, and shearing motion, enhancing the mixing effect. Due to the three-dimensional motion of the mixing drum, the influence of centrifugal force generated during mixing in other types of mixers is overcome, reducing material segregation and improving mixing efficiency.
