Working principle
The main shaft drives the agitator to rotate at high speed, causing the grinding media to move irregularly. This chaotic motion generates collisions, compression, friction, and shearing within the grinding media, resulting in the crushing and fine grinding of the material. Furthermore, different sizes, shapes, and ratios of grinding media result in different grinding effects. Generally, larger grinding media produce coarser material crushing, while smaller media produce finer material grinding. Appropriate ratios of different grinding media sizes, combined with proper speed adjustment, yield even better grinding results.
