A vibrating screen, also known as a sieve shaker, is a machine used in conjunction with a test sieve for particle size analysis of materials, replacing manual sieving. It is widely used in dry and wet screening and filtration of materials in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, cement, glass, grain, ceramics, and papermaking. It features stable vibration, large excitation force, stable performance, fast screen changing speed, light weight, simple operation, and easy maintenance. Its basic principle is based on the use of counterweights (uneven counterweights) mounted at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft to convert the motor's rotational motion into a three-dimensional motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), which is then transmitted to the screen surface. Changing the phase angle of the upper and lower counterweights can change the direction of material movement.

 

Features

 

1. The mesh layers can be quickly changed without any tools, and up to 8 mesh layers can be used; 
2. Can be equipped with an automatic control timer, which can be set from 1 to 60 minutes; 
3. Can be used with any powder, liquid, or granular form; 
4. The screen prevents powder from flying, liquid from spraying randomly, and particles from jumping. 
5. Use mesh sizes from 3.5 to 400 mesh.
