In the process of scientific experiments, some substances are very easy to oxidize and deliquescence in atmospheric conditions, which makes the chemical reaction of the test substances and the pre-processing of samples very difficult, affecting the test process and test results. The plexiglass vacuum glove box (also known as vacuum inert gas operating box) effectively solves these problems, which can enable the test samples to be safely put in and taken out, and can be operated freely in the oxygen-free and waterless state, ensuring the normal progress of scientific experiments.

 

1. Simple structure, easy to use, can transmit ultraviolet light, light weight;

2. Under normal conditions, its shape is stable, highly transparent, and resistant to chemical corrosion and climate change;

3. The box is equipped with a porous electrical socket to facilitate scientific experiments;

4. Good sealing performance, and can shield and absorb α rays and low-energy β rays emitted by radioactive materials to protect human tissues from damage caused by ionizing radiation;

5. Inert gas displacement method can be carried out to maintain an anaerobic and hydrophobic operating environment.

1. The box category is divided into three types (choose one of three): the box with a transition cabin, the box with a left door, and the box with a transition cabin + left door;
2. Achieve the function of water removal and oxygen removal by replacing inert gas (due to the characteristics of plexiglass material, water removal cannot maintain value, if the customer has relevant requirements, please communicate with the technical in advance);
3. Leakage rate: meet the leakage rate requirements of the level 2 sealed chamber specified in ISO10648-2 (hourly leakage rate (h-1)≤ 2.5×10-3).
