The newly developed experimental jaw crusher is a small-scale jaw crusher for laboratory use. It is mainly used for crushing various ores and brittle materials with a particle size of less than 30mm. The discharge particle size can be adjusted as needed to achieve both coarse and fine crushing functions.
Jaw plates made of different materials, such as manganese steel, zirconium oxide, and cemented carbide, are selected based on the hardness and properties of the material.

This equipment is mainly used for fine crushing of various ores such as limestone, calcium carbide, calcium carbide slag, shale, basalt, river pebbles, and bluestone. It has been used very well in universities, research institutions, and factory and mining laboratories, and is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical, building materials, water conservancy, transportation, new energy and other industries.

Working principle

 

The main structure of the laboratory jaw crusher consists of a frame, a cover, a jaw plate frame, a fixed jaw plate, a movable jaw plate, an adjusting turntable, a feed hopper, a discharge box, a frequency converter, a touch screen, etc. This series of jaw crushers uses a curved extrusion crushing method.
The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, which in turn causes the movable jaw to move up and down via the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, thus pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is subjected to multiple crushing processes such as squeezing, rubbing, and grinding. When the movable jaw descends, the four-bar linkage causes the movable jaw plate to move away from the fixed jaw plate, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber.
As the electric motor rotates continuously, the moving jaw plate of the crusher performs periodic crushing and discharging, achieving mass production.
