Parameter Introduction
The double roll crusher mainly consists of the following parts:
Rollers : Two parallel cylindrical rollers (one fixed roller and one adjustable roller) with toothed, grooved or smooth surfaces, made of high manganese steel or other wear-resistant materials.
Transmission device : The electric motor drives the roller to rotate in the opposite direction through a pulley or reducer.
Adjustment device : The discharge particle size is controlled by adjusting the gap between the two rollers (wedge block or hydraulic device).
Spring safety device : Automatically separates the rollers in case of overload to prevent equipment damage.

Working principle
The material enters between the two rollers through the feed port.
Two rollers rotate in opposite directions, using friction to carry the material into the crushing chamber.
The material is crushed under the squeezing, shearing and splitting action of the rollers.
The crushed material is discharged from the gap between the two rollers, and the discharge particle size is determined by the gap between the rollers.
