Working principle

 

When the ball mill is working, the grinding media and materials inside the cylinder are lifted to a certain height together with the rotation of the cylinder. Due to gravity, they detach from the cylinder wall and fall along a parabolic path. The materials are crushed under the impact of the grinding media and the friction and shearing action generated by the rolling and sliding of the grinding media.
